How do I redeem my rewards?
In your account profile, go to "Rewards". Redeeming a reward will generate a coupon code for you to apply to your next qualifying purchase.

What counts as a qualifying purchase?
The $5-20 Credits reward can be applied to any purchase.*
The Free Class reward can be applied to any single class, including masterclasses, pop ups, and intensives.**
The $50 Plan Credit reward can be applied to any new plan purchase.
The Free Merch rewards can be redeemed with our front desk staff.
*Some of our programs are charged through specific paylinks or invoices. In these cases, the $5-20 Credits reward is not applicable.
**Some of our programs require registration for an entire series of classes together. In these cases, the Free Class reward is not applicable.

Can I combine rewards, deals, or discounts?
You can only use one coupon code at a time at checkout.

Is there a maximum number of FlowPoints I can earn?
No, you can accumulate any number of FlowPoints and rewards.

Do my FlowPoints expire?
Your FlowPoints do not expire. However, your program tier does expire after 1 year. Once you enter a new tier, you will need to earn its minimum number of FlowPoints again within 1 year to maintain your tier. Once you hit that minimum number or accumulate enough FlowPoints to advance to a higher tier, the 1 year timer will reset.

Will redeeming points drop my program tier?
No, program tier is determined by the number of FlowPoints earned. Redeeming FlowPoints will not count against your tier.

How does the birthday reward work?
Enter your birthday, and we will help you celebrate every year with free FlowPoints!

Can I retroactively apply my rewards to existing purchases?
No, rewards can only be used for future purchases.
